India's Unbeaten Streak Continues

Team India has maintained its flawless record in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025, emerging victorious in a nail-biting Super Over against Sri Lanka at the Dubai International Stadium on September 26.

India set a formidable score of 202 runs for 5 wickets in their 20 overs, bolstered by impressive contributions from Abhishek Sharma (61 runs), Tilak Varma (39 runs), and Sanju Samson (39 runs). Despite this strong total, Sri Lanka managed to equalize the score, thanks to Pathum Nissanka's explosive century (107 runs), Kusal Perera's solid fifty (58 runs), and Dasun Shanaka's crucial 22 runs, forcing the match into a Super Over.

During the Super Over, Sri Lanka could only muster a target of 3 runs after being limited to 2 runs for 2 wickets. However, Indian T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav and his partner Shubman Gill swiftly chased down the target, clinching a remarkable victory with just one ball to spare.
